At FITT Gym, our group fitness classes are designed to complement your individual workouts, offering a diverse range of sessions that cater to all fitness levels.   • High-intensity interval training featuring bursts of intense activity alternated with lighter exercises, incorporating weights, cardio, core work, and functional fitness movements.

  • An energizing cycling experience focusing on endurance, high-intensity intervals, and recovery, all set to motivating music.

  • An invigorating workout using a height-adjustable step and simple movements to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning.

  • Suitable for all levels, this class explores the benefits of yoga, promoting physical and emotional healing through breathwork and slow movements.

  • A specialized program coached by a certified strength and conditioning coach, focusing on full-body strength movements with an emphasis on form, technique, and tempo, incorporating cardio conditioning to improve overall athleticism and fitness.

  • A form of HIIT that involves eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, delivering maximum benefits in a short time.

  • A full-body strength training session utilizing light, moderate, and heavy weights to build lean muscle and target all major muscle groups.

  • A high-intensity workout alternating short periods of intense exercise with brief recovery periods, designed to finish your day off right.

  • Geared towards our older adult population, this class focuses on exercises to improve balance, posture, and strength, enhancing overall well-being.

  • Specialized training that incorporates calisthenics and dynamic movement patterns to improve mobility and strength, going beyond typical stretching routines.

  • The ultimate combo class, featuring a spin session followed by 10 minutes of core strengthening exercises.

Membership Access

All group fitness classes, including Strength & Sweat, Boot Camp, Spin, Step, Yoga, Tabata, Strength, Sweat 45, Masters, and Stretch & Stability, are included with the All Access Class Pass. Please note that the Standard Membership provides unlimited gym access only and does not include group classes.

Booking and Policies

  • Advance Booking: You are encouraged to sign up for classes in advance to ensure your spot. Class sign-up is available two weeks prior to each session.

  • Class Minimum: A minimum of three participants is required for group classes to proceed. If a class is canceled due to low attendance, notice will be given by email no later than one hour before the start time.

  • Child Care: Available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am to 10:30 am at $5 + tax per child per day. Must be booked in advance. This service is for open gym use only and does not include The BarBelles mom class unless enrolled separately.
