  • Meet Ashley! One of the new owners of Fitt Gym! Ashley is a mom of 2 boys and has been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years.

    She’s a certified strength and conditioning coach and nutritionist with specialized training in pre and postnatal strength, exercise programming, post injury strength recovery, powerlifting, bodybuilding and sustainable weight loss.

    She has managed several large commercial gyms across the country throughout her career and has coached people online and in person full time since 2014 as the founder of The BarBelles.

    Ashley has received several awards for her work in fitness, including our local readers choice awards, Canadas top Fitness Instructors from impact magazine, and Canadas Top Ten Personal Trainers by Muscle Insider Magazine.

    Not only has she accomplished amazing things professionally, she is a former varsity athlete and Pro fitness competitor.

    Ashley’s passion for helping people get strong started when she suffered a debilitating back injury. It was strength training that helped her recover from that injury and she was determined to help others build muscle and improve their quality of life.

    She believes fitness is the fountain of youth and hopes to get a barbell in as many hands as possible

  • Stacey is a local business owner in downtown Huntsville.

    With over 26 years experience in the hairstyling industry she has decided to expand her passion to fitness.

    She has trained with Ashley Moore for over 2 years and has learned a lot about strength and nutrition.

    Owning Fitt Gym & Personal Training is another way of holding herself accountable to her health.

    Having an already successful business and winning many awards, she’s hoping to expand that into making Fitt Gym the top fitness facility in Muskoka.

  • Myke has over 25 years in the Sports and Fitness industry. His client’s goals become his goals, and Myke takes pride in their achievements!

  • Sandy has 5+ years of fitness experience. As a former teacher, she believes in the importance of client and trainer communication to achieve fitness goals.

    • Certified Laughter Yoga Leader

  • Gael is the original owner of Fitt Gym and a trailblazer in the fitness community in Muskoka. With over 30 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and former RMT, Gael has acquired credentials and experiences that have both challenged and strengthened her unwavering passion for coaching and motivating others.

    As a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, Gael also draws on her personal experience to advocate for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery through public speaking, workshops and as founder of “Get Your Fit Together-Coaching For Life”.

    She is honoured to be a part of the FITT GYM Team and Family and strives to support and empower people of all fitness levels and backgrounds

  • Amy has 20+ years of experience in Human Services/Mental Health, and 2 years in fitness.

    Amy has always been active, but later in life developed chronic health conditions. Being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis made her think differently about how she moves for overall wellness, fitness, and pain management.

    Amy’s new health journey started with yoga. This led Amy to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor. Amy is passionate about “meeting people where they are at” in their health and wellness journey and helping people to improve their overall health and fitness levels/goals.

    Amy’s Experience:

    • B.A Sociology, S.S.W Diploma

    • 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor Certification

    • ACE Personal Trainer Certification

    • Indoor Cycling Instructor Certification
