Our Story

After a great deal of planning and consideration we were very excited to open the doors to our new, custom build facility, January 3rd, 2011. 

This beautiful facility incorporates functional training space with an inviting Muskoka-style décor. The main gym area offers cardio and strength training equipment while our Group Training Studio and Spin Studio are always available to you.  You may access these additional areas  either through a Group Training session or for use on your own.

Service is our priority, if you need something, just ask.

Fitt Gym: The Indoor and Outdoor

Available for your use are:

• Cardio Equipment: Precor Stairclimber, Precor Treadmills, Precor AMTs, Precor Ellipticals, Precor Recumbent Bikes, Concept2 Rowing Machines, Frequency Fitness Spin bikes.

• Cardio Theatre: on cardio equipment, bring headphones to plug in.

• Strength Equipment: Precor Power Cages, Precor FTS Slides, Bench Press, Smith Machine, Precor Leg Press, Precor Leg Extension, Precor Leg Curl, Precor Lat Pull, Precor Preacher Curl, 3 sets of Dumbbells up to 120 lbs.

• Functional Equipment: We have all the extras such as BOSU Balls, Stability Balls, Tubing, Medicine Balls, Kegs, Ladders, Hurdles, and much more.

• Custom build jungle gym – Get creative on our jungle gym, you can hang off it, climb it, do pull-ups, dips, or just hit the heavy bag.  It’ll bring the kid out in you!
