Work Experience

Louis has been training since 2009 and has worked with a wide variety of individuals ranging from local youth teams to professional athletes. He has spent time working with different special needs groups, the elderly and everyday professionals. Louis has also spent time coaching and conducting youth camps.

Bio/History

Louis grew up in Whitevale, Ontario, a small Hamlet in north Pickering. He grew up playing Baseball, hockey, basketball and snowboarding. Louis attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise Science.  Along with his academics, Louis was also award a baseball scholarship and played all four years for the Chargers.

After completing university in 2009, Louis moved to Belleville Ontario where he began his personal training career. In September of 2010 Louis moved to Vancouver and continued personal training on the west coast. While in Vancouver, Louis also coached an All-Star baseball team and instructed baseball clinics in the interior of B.C.

In Nov 2011 Louis moved back to Ontario where he took a 6 month position at the Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as part of a chemotherapy research team. Upon completion of his position at Sunnybrook, Louis began personal training in Toronto and has now moved to Huntsville to continue training.
