Brooke Savich

Brooke’s love for fitness led her to pursue an education in the health industry, bodybuilding, and powerlifting competitions. She believes that setting a goal and having the direction of a coach is the best way to stay focused and accountable! After completing a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, Brooke continued to study Kinesiology. Her passion for education translates into her training sessions, as she enjoys teaching exercises, their purpose, and the benefits of fitness to help reach goals.

Bio/History

In 2015 Brooke competed in a bodybuilding competition, then in powerlifting in 2018. She has a passion for setting her own personal fitness goals and learning new skills. She is excited to help her clients build a strong foundation that allows them to continue growing personally and physically along their fitness journey. Through sharing her love and knowledge of fitness, she hopes to help others reach their goals at FITT Gym!
