He is eager to educate and instruct clients to train in an effective and safe way, always challenging them and focusing on their goals! AJ is also highly motivational and explains the purpose and benefits of exercises in his sessions, all in a fun and educational way!

AJ’s continued enthusiasm for knowledge and experience within the fitness industry brought him to the point of becoming a Certified Personal Trainer, and building a career in Fitness!

By being very dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, nutritional values and leading by example, he will do everything in his power to achieve the client’s goals and make sure they have fun doing it.

AJ is experienced in working with ALL ages and fitness levels, and his programs are all about individualization. Being specialized in training seniors, he also instructs the Masters classes and loves working with this demographic.

Being a strong believer that continuous education is a must in the fitness field, AJ is always busy expanding his knowledge and staying up to date. Most importantly he enjoys helping clients have a better understanding of why we exercise on a regular basis and what the benefits are of physical activity. AJ likes to share his love of fitness and help people maintain a healthy lifestyle, and FITT Gym is the best place to do that!!

AJ has been my personal trainer for almost one year.  He is passionate about what he does and he’s all about proper form. When I first thought of working with a personal trainer I knew I wanted to work with someone who listened to what my goals are and would make sure I was using equipment safely.  I wanted to increase strength in my arms and core.  From our first meeting and during my personal training sessions AJ has taken the time to make sure I understand how to use different equipment and made sure I have good form when doing so.  After a few short months I have greatly increased my strength and feel much more confident when using the gym equipment.  I plan to continue with personal training and have appreciated AJ’s support and encouragement.
