Running Program [$159] 8 Weeks
Train to prepare for the Huntsville Half Marathon (June 10th) – 5km, 10km, 1/2 Marathon distances. Let us help you build a safe training program which will deliver the results you’re looking for!
Starts April 17th, includes 2 sessions per week
Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30pm
Saturdays 8 – 9am
The following programs start the week of May 7th:
Backyard Bootcamp [$129] 8 Weeks
Includes initial assessment (30 min. one-on-one session with your trainer). All fitness levels, men and women are encouraged to join this program! Register for one (or more!) of the following sessions:
Mondays 6:30 – 7:30pm
Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30pm
Thursdays 7 – 8am
Fridays 8:30 – 9:30am
Obstacle Course [$99] 8 Weeks
Whether you’re training for Tough Mudder or the Warrior Dash or just need a new challenge, our backyard Obstacle Course will give you a robust workout!
Wednesdays 6:30 – 7:30pm
Beach Volleyball [$49/person or team for $240] 8 Weeks
Huntsville’s only organized Beach Volleyball league! Put in your own team or join let us help you find one. This is not ‘serious game play’, but instead an opportunity to get out and have some active fun!
Thursday evenings
Family FITTness [$59/adult + $34/child under 16 yrs] 8 Weeks
Get the whole family enrolled in this program! Come as a family and see how you can stay active together. All ages welcome.
Wednesdays 5:30 – 6:30pm
Older Adult Fitness [$129] 8 Weeks
Let’s get outside, stay active and young together! Feel strengthened and rejuvenated by adding this activity to your week.
Fridays 10:30 – 11:30am
Yoga In the Garden [$12/class] Ongoing all summer
Take your inner peace outside. Drop in classes. Call/email to reserve your space.
