A 6-week training program for young athletes from ages 10 to 16.
Open to both boys and girls.

The Program Details:

  • Athletic Training Programs are open to groups of 4 to 8 participants.
  • Training takes place 1x or 2x/week for groups:
    • Ages 10 – 13 years
    • Ages 14 – 16 years

Trainers:

Program developed by Louis Beare, B.Sc. in Sport & Exercise Science & is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Executed by Louis Beare, Courtney Morey and FITT Gym Staff.
